In 2020, Sequoia was born as a project focused on cultural promotion through literature, with a strong emphasis on children and developing a love of reading.
The main purpose is to transform the relationship between children and their families with the world of books, stimulating imagination, creativity, and a love of reading from an early age.

EXPANSION
This year we presented books in French and English.
And we’ve added a rang of books for adults in Portuguese and English.

WORKSHOPS
Additionally, creative workshops inspired by stories and handicrafts, using recycled and sustainable materials, were offered to the general public, reinforcing the commitment to environmental education.

More than just selling books, sequoia created a space for meeting, exchanging ideas and experiences, and for transformation, where reading was the gateway to knowledge, culture, and citizenship.
